1. Product Description:

Solar LED street light relies on solar energy. The system is mainly composed of solar panel, light source, controller and battery. In daytime, when there is sunshine, the solar panel can convert the solar energy to electric energy and store it in the battery. At night or rainy or cloud condition, the battery shall supply power for normal lighting. The controller can judge the brightness of daylight and automatically switch on the light. The whole process is operating in completely automatic mode, without human action.

2. Main Parts of Solar Street Light:

1) Aluminum Alloy body

Patents design, utility model patents, anti-typhoon, anti-wind, anti-corrosion, waterproof grade IP65;
Installation angle adjustable and available for different road.

2) LED Chips

High transmittance of optical glass, no dark area on the road.
Unique phosphor formulation, advanced technology, high brightness imported United States brand Brigelux LED chips, the entire lighting efficiency > 100 lm/W;

3) Controller

Digital intelligent MPPT control systems, non-electrolytic capacitor design, the lifespan up to 10 years.
Night intelligent dimming system, late at night can be a half-power operation.

4) Lithium Battery

We use the lithium iron phosphate battery which is environmentally friendly. It is inside the product to avoid being stolen. Its lifespan is more than 5 years.

5) Solar Panel

We use Germany Solarword efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar panel and its photoelectric conversion efficiency can reach 20%. Another kind of solar panel is USA Sunpower efficiency monocrystalline silicon and its efficiency can reach 22%. Lifespan is 25 years for both solar panels.

4. Control Functions of Our Solar Street Light:

Light control, motion sensor control, time control, mobile phone APP control.

1) Light control: The lights will automatic turn on when it is dark and turn off when it is dawn.
Theory: Dawn means when the sun light intensity is greater than 100cd, the solar panels began to photoelectric conversion while the battery charge. In the evening, when the sun light intensity is less than 100cd, lights will automatically turn on.

2) Time control: Light up time and light off time program can be set per your request. The brightness also can be customized according to your requirements.

3) Motion sensor: Before midnight, when people pass through the lights, it is 100% power. When people left, the brightness will be 50% power. After midnight, when the people pass through the lights, it is 60%; When people left, the lamp is 30% power (we can set the brightness according to customer’s requirements).

4) Mobile phone APP control : Install our APP software in your mobile phone, then you can connect to the lights through bluetooth module and control the lights by your mobile phone APP.
