2. Parameters of Our All-in-One Solar LED Street Light:
We use Germany Solarword efficiency mono crystalline silicon solar panel & United States brand Sunpower efficiency mono crystalline silicon solar panel. The photoelectric conversion efficiency can reach 20% and 22%. Lifespan of the solar panel is 25 years.
The controller is developed by our engineering team. We also have applied the patent successfully already. The conversion efficiency of our controller is 95%, while the average efficiency of other controllers are only 60% -70% for the whole market. Lifespan of our controller is 10 years.
We use the lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4) which is environmentally friendly. It is inside the product to avoid being stolen. Its lifespan is more than 5 years.
United States brand Bridgelux 45ML is used for our solar street light, and the lumen of each led chip is 150LM. Its lifespan more than 10 years.
3. Control Functions of All-in-One Solar LED Street Light :
Light control, Body sensor, Time control, Mobile phone APP and other functions.
1. Light control: The lights will automatic turn on when it is dark and turn off when it is dawn.
Theory: Dawn means when the sun light intensity is greater than 100cd, the solar panels began to photoelectric conversion while the battery charge. In the evening, when the sun light intensity is less than 100cd, lights will automatically turn on.
2. Body sensor: The human body sensor means that when the lights on, people passing through the lights, the lamp sensor will be activated, and the brightness of the lamp will become strong which will last 20-30 seconds. When people left, the brightness of the lamp become weak.
3. Time control: Control the lighting mode at different time, control lighting time and light off time.
4. Work mode: Before midnight, when people pass through the lights, it is 100% power. When people left, the brightness will be 50% power. After midnight, when the people pass through the lights, it is 60%; When people left, the lamp is 30% power (we can set the brightness according to customer’s requirements).

What to do with the rainy day or cloudy day?
The outdoor solar light is waterproof. You don't need to worry about it. After fully charged, the capacity of battery can keep the LED working in several rainy or cloudy days.
Why the charging efficiency is low in winter or cloudy day?
Generally the sunlight standard is 1000kw/m2. In the winter or cloudy day, the sunlight intensity are much lower than standard so the charging efficiency is lower accordingly.
If the light brightness is down or total off, how to handle?
It proves the power of solar light battery is not enough to support normal lighting, and the solar panel need to charge strong sunlight for 6-7 hours. Especially in Winter season, the sunlight intensity is much below the standard sunlight (1000kw/m2), it may need more longer time for charging sunlight.
